ModernTech Mechanical announces the winners of its first annual design contest

Knoxville, TN – February 8, 2008 – Prior to SolidWorks World, the world’s largest, annual 3D CAD event, SolidWorks launches an annual customer design contest. Designs are submitted from around the world in several categories and winners are announced at the annual SolidWorks World Convention. ModernTech Mechanical wanted their customers to have the ability to show off their designs on a local level and decided to launch their own Customer Design Contest. The first annual contest was launched in September 2007 and entries were accepted until November 31. Winners were selected based on creativity, complexity, and over-all design.
