A dedicated staff of support engineers is ready to assist you via phone, e-mail, or live remote assistance. Subscription service customers are also entitled to a full repository of tips, articles, webinars and custom tools created exclusively by ModernTech.
As a SolidWorks Subscription user with ModernTech, you have full access to our Support Desk. Our Support Desk is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. All incoming SolidWorks Support calls are answered immediately. If a Certified Applications Engineer is unavailable, your call will be logged into the tracking system. All calls are answered on a first-come, first-serve basis. If SolidWorks assistance is required, ModernTech will track the call assuring the fastest response possible.
