DESCRIPTION:
Provide comprehensive Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support for the SolidWorks Enterprise Data Management product line including consulting, implementation, demonstrations, support, and training.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years PDM/PLM/CAD support experience.

EDUCATION:
BS Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with implementation of CAD/PLM, familiar with business processes, CAD Data Management, workflows and lifecycles within the manufacturing environment. The candidate must display strong communications skills, good trouble-shooting abilities, and excellent customer relationship skills. These positions require limited travel.
