Prototypes we produce

We utilize PolyJet inkjet technology which works by jetting state of the art photopolymer materials in ultra-thin layers (16µ) onto a build tray layer by layer until the part is completed. Each photopolymer layer is cured by UV light immediately after it is jetted, producing fully cured models that can be handled and used immediately, without post-curing. The gel-like support material, which is specially designed to support complicated geometries, is easily removed by hand and water jetting.

Benefits of PolyJet Prototypes
•
High quality: Market-leading resolution of 16µ ensures smooth, accurate and highly detailed parts and models.
•
Highly accurate: Precise jetting and build material properties enables fine details and thin walls
•
Fast: High-speed raster build at full width, simultaneous building of multiple items, and no post-curing
•
Versatile: Wide variety of FullCure materials enables parts with different geometries, mechanical properties, and colors; use of the same Support material for all model types makes switching materials easy and fast.
Tools we use

When you need the ability to print parts and assemblies made of multiple model materials as we do, the
Objet Connex Series 3D Printer is the only way to go! Through the use of the Objet Connex Series 3D Printer ModernTech has the unique ability to print parts and assemblies made of multiple model materials, with different mechanical or physical properties, all in a single build. Print Multiple Simultaneous Materials - Over 60 Materials to Mix & Match
With a choice of over 60 materials, including
14 cartridge-ready materials and 51 Digital Materials™, we can print highly realistic visual and functional simulation prototypes in a single print. Our materials are capable of simulating properties ranging from varying grades of rubber to clear transparency, all the way to rigid, ABS-grade engineering plastics. Using these materials, designers, manufacturers and engineers can create highly accurate, finely detailed models and parts.
